GOTU KOLA - Tiny, delicate water lily from the island of Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon) off the southeastern coast of India. This is the plant the famed elephants of Ceylon snatched up a mouthful of before going into the water for their frolic. The memories of these elephants were said to be phenomenal and the subject of many stories and much amazement. Guess what? People can eat Gotu Kola leaves also and their memory can improve. Memory temporarily winking out is not just a problem of the aged, as you well know. Younger folks just don't talk about it. If you would live, and live well, for a very long time you must have a very powerful nervous system and this is what Gotu Kola produces. Gotu Kola reduces brain fatigue and revitalizes worn out bodies. In many religious orders, Gotu Kola is used to correct conditions of the skin that look like fish scales (ichthyosis), and parasitic swellings of the body (elephantiasis), leprosy, syphilitic ulcers and bruises. Mental disorders and blood pressure problems have also yielded to the blood cleaning and brain restoring powers of Gotu Kola. Gotu Kola also deserves its reputation as a poison antidote.
DOSE: Therapeutically and for memory, 20 to 40 drops three times per day after meals, but you must remember to take it. For a stronger nervous system, brain, and memory, a year of use can made a great difference and thereafter, 20 to 40 drops per day as a maintenance.

In the past I've had problems with an overactive thyroid. I found that if I restricted dairy products [which the Holy Spirit suggested after prayer one day] that I hardly ever have problems with it any more.
However, I was under a lot of stress about a month ago and at the same time I had to use a very powerful computer at the library for over an hour.
After that I was sick for two days.
I cared for him for two weeks and I came close to having a stroke or nervous breakdown.
I went to the dollar store and because of fluorescent lighting, I almost passed out within seconds of
entering.
I took some Capsicum [cayenne pepper], which helped and I also took some Gotu Kola, O.C.-M. and A.C.S.
The left side of my face began to have almost a Bell’s Palsy effect.
My left eye got real small and matted over and hurt for five days. I applied Herbal Adjustment just to the side and forehead and this restored me to almost normal. Also my headache went away.
I mentioned this to my herbalist friend and she suggested C.C.E.-W as a poison antidote to deal with the computer exposure. Within 10 minutes of taking this I had almost instant relief.
The feelings of passing out ceased and the urge to get to the emergency room left.
I knew I was going to be okay. A friend of mine said my reaction to the fluorescent lights and computer sounded like how people with seizure problems would respond.
I put the Wormseed on the back of my neck and spine and took one dropper full, twice per day, and went on a three day vacation six hours away from home.
It was an absolute miracle to be able to do this because two days prior I was afraid to leave my house.
I took the Wormseed for three weeks and now feel completely back to normal.
