Dosage | Peppermint Oil is very concentrated. A single drop brushed on the back of the tongue is all that is needed. Two or three drops added to water to make a beverage or tea. Do not put in eyes.

One morning I was seeing my husband off to work when he stepped on my big toe with his heavy work shoes. I felt a series of little crunches.

After assuring him I’d be ok, he left and I limped back in to my house. Being a breast cancer survivor, I had a long day ahead of me for this was the day of my annual check-ups at the hospital.

I wiped down my now swollen, bruised toe with Arnica, then Herbal Adjustment and finally Peppermint Oil.

I wrapped it with gauze and then wrapped it again with plastic wrap and secured it all with tape.

I got dressed and found that since none of my shoes would house such a painful, now gigantically wrapped toe, I would have to wear flip-flops.

Fully dressed, wrapped and ready to go, I looked down at my clearly amateur, self-doctored wound and paused, thinking do I call the hospital and postpone my appointment to avoid being a spectacle, or do I persevere and get on with it?

Clearly, I’ve been through much worse than this.

So I went and I conquered.

I’m sure I looked pretty odd limping around the hospital from appointment to appointment while entertaining many
inquires throughout the seven hour day.

I pridefully responded each time that I was treating my injury naturally and without any potential side-effects from drugs.

That evening, after being on my feet all day, I returned home and quickly unwrapped and cleaned my toe and found that the bruising had disappeared from the top of my toe and instead was now at the bottom already lightening and thinning out.

I re-doctored it again and went to bed.

By morning, the pain was gone and the swelling was down considerably.

I continued this regime for a few more days and nights and by the end of the week, I was able to freely bend my toe and wear my shoes again and the discoloration faded in time.

Quite impressive. Following a long line of sincere appreciation, thank you Pure Herbs.
